How the receptionist works for a pool builder
The pump fails on a Sunday. The call still gets answered.
- A customer's pump stops, or the water level keeps dropping
They ring on the weekend while you're at another job or with your family.
- The AI answers Urgent
It asks what's happening and where. A leak or equipment failure is on your urgent list, so it rings your mobile straight away.
- New pool enquiries get booked
Someone dreaming about a pool gets a time booked for a site visit, and you get a text with their name, number, address and what they want.
